Your personal data will be processed to fulfill legal obligations established by EU regulations, national laws, or other regulatory sources. Specifically, E.D. S.R.L. Express Delivery may process your data to fulfill accounting and tax obligations.
For the aforementioned purposes, providing data is mandatory for the conclusion of the contract.

In relation to the specified purposes, personal data processing is carried out using manual, IT, and online tools, with logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in a manner that ensures data security and confidentiality in compliance with the aforementioned law.
Automated decision-making processes, including profiling, are excluded.

E.D. S.R.L. Express Delivery may communicate your personal data to the following categories of entities:

Firms and companies within professional assistance and consulting relationships;

Credit institutions or banks for payment processing;

Insurance and legal institutions;

Entities belonging to the above categories operate, in some cases, with full autonomy as distinct Data Controllers; in other cases, as Data Processors on behalf of E.D. S.R.L. Express Delivery, duly appointed by the Controller pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
You may request the list of Data Processors using the Controller's contact details indicated in Section 1. Data will not be disclosed.

Processing Duration and Retention Period
Your data will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above. Specifically, below are the main periods of use and retention of your personal data regarding the various processing purposes:

Data processed for contract execution and contact purposes will be retained by E.D. S.R.L. Express Delivery for
the entire duration of the contract and for a period of 10 years and six months following its termination, unless further
retention is necessary to allow E.D. S.R.L. Express Delivery to defend its rights;

Data processed to comply with legal obligations will be retained by E.D. S.R.L. Express Delivery within the limits
established by law and as long as the necessity of processing persists to fulfill said legal obligations.

Data processed for contract execution and contact purposes will be retained by E.D. S.R.L. Express Delivery for
the entire duration of the contract and for a period of 10 years and six months following its termination, unless further
retention is necessary to allow E.D. S.R.L. Express Delivery to defend its rights;

Collected data will not be subject to transfer to non-European countries.

In your capacity as a data subject, you may exercise the rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, as set out below:

Pursuant to EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to request from the Controller access to your data, as well as its
rectification, integration, or erasure. A written response, including by electronic means, will be provided within 30 days of submitting the request.
